MAUAO WALK AND WORKSHOPS
Kia ora! Welcome to our dedicated page to Mauao Walk and Workshop. Here you'll find more information about the activity and what to expect from ours services.
We’ve been operating from Waikorire (Pilot Bay) since 2008 — we know this place like the back of our hands! You can trust us to guide you safely on the maunga, sharing the richness of our home and the stories of Mauao along the way.
We lead with Haumarutanga and Rangitiratanga. We welcome our guests with Manaakitanga, Whānaungatanga and Kōtahitanga - honouring our connection to the rohe, to our moana and to our maunga.
Our Mauao Walk and Workshop is a powerful way to reconnect with the taiao, to learn Māori traditions and experience the essence this sacred place. As you walk, you'll engage your whole body, stay present, and deepen your connection to the whenua, the stories of the land, and our guiding team.
At Mauao Adventures, we meet you where you're at - with support, guidance and no pressure.
