Cancellation Policy

In the event of us deciding it is not safe to run the session due to adverse weather, the session may be relocated, postponed or cancelled. This is to be decided by East Coast Paddler, and the contact person will be notified of any changes 30-60 minutes before the session. A 100% refund, less credit card fees if applicable, will be made at our discretion.

 

The standard cancellation policy for bookings is:

  • A 100% refund for cancellations made by East Coast Paddler.
  • A 90% refund for cancellations made by the client at least 3 days in advance of the start date of the experience.
  • A 50% refund for cancellations made by the client at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
  • Cancellations made by the client within 24 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund.
