Refund Policy
Please note that we are not required to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase.
For our retail items, if what you have bought is faulty, we will provide a full refund. Proof of purchase is required.
For our services, our policy is to provide a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the session time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time may not be refunded.
