Refund Policy

Please note that we are not required to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, however we will consider an exchange under our discretion so please choose carefully.

For our retail items, if what you have bought is faulty, we will provide a full refund. Proof of purchase is required.

For our services, our policy is to provide a full refund if cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the event date.  For any cancellation made within 7 days of the event date, we are not required to give a refund.

If we cancel any service before the event date due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
