COVID-19 CONTINGENCY PLAN

FOR “KO TE MOANA KO AU”

Project contingencies should the nation experience Alert Levels 1, 2, 3 or 4 of lockdown. Levels 1 & 2

  • We are able to achieve all project objectives under Lockdown Levels 1 & 2.
  • For Level 2, we are encouraged to practice 1-metre distancing between project staff and 2-metre distancing from other associates and public.
  • We are encouraged to wear face coverings during Level 2, but for safety purposes, no face coverings are to be worn on the water.
  • During Level 2, shared surfaces will be disinfected regularly.
  • A QR code to scan for contact tracing will be available, and a contact tracing form for those who do not use QR codes.
  • Practicing good hygiene is encouraged.
  • Personal decisions on how the alert levels are treated must be respected as some will follow every rule and others won't.
  • Those unwell must stay home. This may result in delayed results for the project, in  which case the timeline shall be adjusted.
  • It is encouraged to have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms addressed by a doctor or call Healthline to get advice about being tested.
  • Anyone told to self-isolate must do so immediately.

Levels 3 & 4

  • Project objectives may be significantly delayed under Lockdown Level 2.
  • We are confined to working from home, meaning video editing and mastering can continue, but videography and interviewing will need to wait.
  • To alleviate the risk of delays should the nation experience alert levels 3 or 4, all video and audio files will be collated in the early stages of the project.
  • Those unwell may affect the timeline of the project, in which case it shall be  adjusted.
  • It is encouraged to have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms addressed by a doctor or call Healthline to get advice about being tested.
Anyone told to self-isolate must do so immediately.
