Session Report

Post-session reporting to be completed after each session following a debrief with all kaimahi involved.

For reporting major incidents like an injury, medical incident, equipment damage, damage or loss of client possessions.

Post-session reporting for the Te Reo o Te Taiāo program. Must be conducted in conjunction with a debrief with the participants.
